Not every door suits a circular wreath. Our Plain Christmas Swag offers something quieter and more natural, a cascading teardrop arrangement of fresh noble fir foliage, gathered at the top and flowing downward in a loose, organic form that suits almost any entrance.
Hand-crafted at Lower Hope Farm in Herefordshire using locally sourced noble fir, the plain swag has a clean, undecorated appearance that works beautifully on its own or as a base for adding your own ribbon, dried flowers or seasonal decorations. The natural form of the foliage with individual branches spreading outward as they cascade down, gives it a full, lush look despite containing no added materials whatsoever.
It hangs from a gather at the top and can be fixed easily to a door, gate, porch beam or wall using a nail, hook or length of twine. The slim profile means it suits narrower doors and entranceways where a full circular wreath would feel too bulky.
Like all our products, it arrives fresh to order from our Herefordshire farm, bringing a genuine pine scent and deep green colour to the space from the moment it is unwrapped.

The Plain Corner Swag has a wide, spreading fan shape designed to sit across the top of a post or in the angle of a corner. Both are made from pure noble fir foliage with no decorations.
The swag is gathered at the top and can be hung from a nail, hook, wreath hanger or length of twine. It sits flat against the surface it hangs from and suits doors, gate posts, porch beams, walls and fences equally well.
Absolutely. The plain swag is an ideal base for adding your own ribbon, baubles, dried flowers or seasonal decorations. The gathered top point is the natural place to tie a ribbon bow, and individual branches can be dressed with lightweight decorations secured with florist wire.
