The Classical Empress is one of the most distinctive wreaths in our range. Where most Christmas wreaths work in warm reds and golds, the Empress takes a cooler direction entirely. Hand-crafted by our experienced wreath makers in Herefordshire using fresh noble fir foliage, it is dressed with frosted pine cones and clusters of silver berries, finished at the top with a full silver satin ribbon bow that catches the light beautifully.
The silver and white colour scheme gives it a clean, wintry character that works particularly well against dark doors in navy, charcoal or black, and suits contemporary and Scandinavian-influenced interiors as much as traditional homes. It is quietly striking rather than bold, and consistently one of our most gifted wreaths.

The silver and white colour palette works particularly well against dark doors in navy, charcoal, black or dark grey. It also suits pale or natural wood doors beautifully. If you have a brightly coloured door, one of our warmer red or gold wreaths may be a better match.
Most wreaths in our range use warm red, gold or green colour combinations. The Classical Empress is our coolest, most contemporary wreath, using frosted pine cones, silver berries and a silver satin bow to create a wintery, frost-inspired appearance that stands apart from the traditional Christmas palette.
The Classical Empress is available in five sizes: 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 inches in diameter. As a general guide, 12 inches suits smaller doors and windows, 14 inches suits most standard UK front doors, and 16 inches works well on wider or more prominent entrances.
